Every year I have something to say about my New Year's resolution and this year I am going to do the same and give you a list so that I will be reminded off my list...
1. I have to lose 3 kgs as advised by my heart surgeon.
2. I will stop snacking on peanuts.
3. I will reduce my intake of rice at night.
4. I will find time to read books every night.
5. I will find time to travel within Malaysia.
6. I will keep my table free from clutter.
7. I will blog regularly.
8. I will increase my intake of water to 2-3 liters a day
