Yes it has indeed been awhile since I had last posted anything here. My New Year's resolution is still intact. Not drinking enough water, had to visit the Doctor yesterday due to my prevailing kidney stones I guess as I had a lit bit of blood in the piss.
I have reduced on my snacking and I just started on my blog much to my surprise. Out of the blues while I was chatting with my college buddy, I got my close friends phone Elvis, and we had a change to chat for awhile. He is in South Africa and it was a nice feeling talking to someone after a long while.
Let me see, what else is there in the resolution, gee I can't remember....before I forget...I am back with Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd...
