Unique looking Church

This photo was taken in Chennai the capital of Tamil Nadu.

This church has really a unique façade and it looks like the "gopuram" of a hindu temple. I was driving through and got my driver to stop so that I can take a snap shot of it.

Moment to pause and reflect...

How time flies and it is already November now and we have just another month for this year to end. I know some of you would be thinking, what it's almost that year of the time, where you have a choice of finishing your holidays or leave that you have accumulated from the beginning of the year. Chicken sambal

Doesn't it look yummy but it is really potent (pungent). The redness is due to the chillies but as they say, chillies makes you lose weight, so the more the merrier. Seriously, it was yummy what I cooked, chicken sambal and I was sweating profusely from my head and that is an indicator that it was hot. If you want the recipe, please let me know and I will post it in my next posting as it is one of the simplest recipe there is.
